The upgrade is taking longer than expected. Users might experience issues with accessing Swansea until Sunday, 7th February.
Fran, our Cloud Computing Manager in Swansea, is working round the clock to ensure the node is released in a perfect working state, but some VMs might need a hard reboot after the upgrade: starting from Monday 8th February, if users can’t access their VMs in Swansea, they can post about it on Discourse and our team will take care of the reported issues.
