The New Year kicked off with Andy Millard’s  Bacteriophage Genome Annotation Workshop at Warwick University. This involved the prior sequencing of phage genomes submitted by attendees of the course, with the attendees using their own data on the day to learn how to assemble and annotate bacteriophage genomes using the resources available on CLIMB servers.
